# Mediavan

> Mediavan is Geoff De Muer, an independent CTO based in Ghent, Belgium. Fractional CTO, advisor, team and startup coach, co-founder of nanopixo and ex-CTO of Lobbi PMS (acquired by RoomRaccoon in 2026). Also makes companies agent-ready: findable and usable for AI assistants through llms.txt, structured data, business listings and MCP servers. Works in Dutch and English, across Belgium and the Benelux, hybrid or remote.

Mediavan VOF (VAT BE 0848.101.583) is the company through which Geoff De Muer has worked since 2009. Available two to three days a week alongside nanopixo. Always paid work; equity on top is negotiable, never equity alone. Day rate, retainer or a mix. Not offered: staff augmentation, full-time employment, relocation.
